SyntheticFlex's total liability to any client or user shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific software development services that gave rise to the claim.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
SyntheticFlex provides its software development services and app development software "as is" and without any warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While SyntheticFlex strives to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that the app development software will be free of errors, interruptions, or bugs. Users are encouraged to report any issues encountered, and SyntheticFlex will make reasonable efforts to address them in a timely manner.
